Our development partner TBS designed a three-storey walk-up with twelve units and strict aesthetic requirements — continuous cladding lines, flush joinery, no visible fixings. Our job as main contractor: deliver their system in the field, at the tolerance TBS spec'd in the factory.
We coordinated the programme end-to-end — groundworks, crane hire, panel installation, fitout, and landscaping — against TBS's factory-delivery schedule. Panel alignment checked on every lift. Variations priced and signed off before work proceeded, so TBS never ran into site surprises.
All 12 units handed over on the contracted date. Occupied within 60 days. This project formed the template we now use across the TBS partnership — 77 homes and counting.
