KDB Construction is an Auckland main contractor. We deliver commercial buildings, Ministry of Education school works, Kāinga Ora housing, private residential, apartments and cubby cabins. Anywhere from Warkworth to Pukekohe.
We started on the tools. Founder spent years carrying timber before running a programme. That's the floor for everyone who signs a KDB drawing — you manage construction by knowing construction, not by reading about it.
Every build is supervised by a Licensed Building Practitioner. The same person from first site visit to PS3 handover. No baton pass. No "that was the previous PM's call". One person accountable, start to finish.
We price what we can verify. We put variations in writing before work proceeds. We deliver documentation at handover — PS3 producer statement, O&M manuals, as-builts — as one package, not a slow drip over six months.
