TBS brought us the biggest build in our partnership: a five-storey modular apartment complex. Modules fabricated off-site, lifted and locked into position on a sequenced crane programme. Any delay in the lift sequence would cascade across the whole job.
As main contractor, we coordinated groundworks, crane hire, panel installation, services, and finishing around TBS's factory-out schedule. Every interface between modules was checked before the next lift. Variations — from the developer, from the specialist trades — priced and agreed in writing before work continued.
